Most people don’t know they should do this at least one time in their life!!! • • • ⭐️Macro counting!⭐️ • • Macro counting is a way for you to know exactly what is going into your body, and why, for purposes of energy, growth, and bodily functions. • • Macros are macronutrients - which are broken down into proteins, carbs, and fats. • • ***an important thing to remember is that no macros are bad for you! (Aka carbs aren’t bad for you! ) • • Your body needs a certain amount of each of these macronutrients, and when you fuel yourself with the right amount, your body will respond positively because you’re fueling yourself properly! • • It’s also important to note that you will be eating a different macro split & different calories when you have different goals, such as losing weight or gaining muscle, or both, and depending on other factors, such as your current exercise levels, weight, height, etc. • • DM me if you have any questions about macronutrients or nutrition in general!!
