Back to the gym again and my hip hasn’t been holding me back. Finding strength by conditioning muscles.
Training in winter weather sucks but still pushing through!
When you find you are related to the Palpatine’s 😂😂 Star Wars joke

You can say my New York City collection grew quite a bit over the years.
One of my favorite things to do while traveling is meeting with local officers and hearing their stories, whether it is battle stories, comical, heart warming or what got them into law enforcement. Every chance I get to meet with them and pass on the token of Brotherhood is always amazing.
When you go to a NDSU Bison game and get to walk on the field afterwards. No biggie.
Ride or die: loyalty.
Already missing the downtown area of NYC. Cannot wait for late January to early February for the next trip
These challenge coins caught me by surprise as I was meeting several officers at the Midtown Precinct on 35th street west in NYC. And one of the officers presented me with 3 challenge coins in honor of hanging out with the officers over coffee and sharing battle stories in law enforcement. Still proud of these coins as they are my first to collect such items (I collect patches )
Who can ever say they were at Ground Zero on September 11th? I can finally say that this was years in the making but made it to have met wonderful officers of the NYPD and to have witnessed humanity standing strong together 18 years after the tragic events that occurred that shook our nation. It was an honor to have been chosen to salute with the NYPD during the events. Will be back next year but in uniform at the 19th anniversary/remembrance
Made my 10th trip to New York City for my vacation. I got to witness the September 11th ceremony and met some amazing officers who were very inviting and shared many battle stories of working NYPD, SRG, ESU and Counter Terrorism Bureau. Made an amazing friend named Joseph Thomas whom is an 11 year Veteran of the NYPD. He treated me like family and will always consider him family.
Still healthier than alcohol or drugs 😂😂
Loving my new drug rug from All Skill No Luck #allskillnoluck
I teared up a bit when these showed up in the mail. My new Tekmat gun mat for cleaning my handgun, my Smith and Wesson compact handgun cleaner and my ETS speedloader for my ammunition. 😍😍😍😍
It has been over a year since I have been able to run without pain that would keep me awake for days. I tore a muscle in my hip that I left untreated and ended up losing part of the joint muscle as a hip labral tear. But by some good grace, I have been cleared to run and even with a small pain percentage, I am willing and able to do this again. A year without running has been stressful and depressing.
You ain’t cool until you have pressed your face against the glass for a “casual” picture
Tazed and confused #relentlessdefender
